Over The Rainbow

Hey Friends! I pray this windy Fall Friday is being kind to you. I want to share with you all a vision God gave me a couple of weeks ago. It encouraged my heart some type of great and I pray it will encourage yours as well.

In The Vision ...

I was in my secret place in the posture of prayer while agreeing with the prayers that were going forth on a friend's 5 am Zoom line. Closing my eyes, I began to enter into this beautiful vision of a rainbow. I was in little girl form, outside playing with my baby dolls when The Spirit of The Lord spoke, "Look." In my innocence, I looked upward, and there stood this beautiful rainbow in the sky. The colors had this beautiful brilliance and it filled the whole sky. In a stance, in awe of what I was beholding, Jesus came and took my hand in his and we began to walk towards it. As we walked towards the Rainbow, it began to move closer and closer towards us.

Here I am, in the innocence of a little girl, hand in hand with Jesus, walking towards this beautiful rainbow, and as we continue to walk, it comes so close that it was right before us, and guess what happened next? We walked through it. I recall as I was passing through this rainbow, I began to jump up and down, clap, and laugh with joy. I erupted in praise.

End of Vison.

The whole time this vision was going on, I could still hear the voice of the prayer warriors going forth on the prayer line. We know what a rainbow symbolizes, A promise of God. In scripture (Genesis 9:13) "I have set my rainbow in the clouds and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the Earth." Here, God is making a promise that He will never destroy the Earth with water again and in my vision, I solely believe that the Promises of God that He had spoken in my life, are sure to come to pass.

What Promises has God made to you? What Word has He spoken into your life and you have yet to see the manifestation of it? You've been obedient and faithful these past months and years and holding tight to the very "reward" that God promised you if you faint not. Well friend, get ready to walk into your Promise Land. Even if you don't have a Promise that God spoke directly to you, but you have a desire on your heart that you're believing God to bring to pass, maybe in your life, health, marriage, finances, business, ministry, in the lives of your love ones, I encourage you to stand on The Promises of God in His Word. He is sure to perform it. One thing I can speak from experience is that God is never slack on performing ANY of His Promises. Last night during my Live Teaching, I taught on not keeping your focus on the Goliath in your life or the problem or even ourselves but instead, focus on what God said, what He has spoken to you. Even if it takes you to reflect back on His past faithfulness in your life or like me, revisit old journals and photos and just be grateful He has bought you this far and know that He is not done with you yet. There's no way You've been bought this far in your walk with Jesus to be left.

A couple of scriptures I encourage myself with to hold fast ...

"Do not let me be put to shame, nor let my enemies triumph over me. No one whose hope is in you will ever be put to shame, but they will be put to shame who are treacherous without cause." (Psalm 25:1)

"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering towards us ..." (2 Peter 3:9)

"God is not human, that He should lie, not a human being, that He should change His mind. Does He speak and then not act? Does He promise and not fulfill?" (Numbers 23:19)

"I am the Lord. I have spoken; it shall come to pass; I will do it. I will not go back; I will not spare; I will not relent; according to your ways and your deeds, you will be judged. (Ezekiel 24:14)
